Our Vision
Women remain underrepresented in engineering careers and one of the ways to improve this is by intentionally introducing diverse role models and mentors; particularly role models and mentors, with whom young women and girls can relate to and those that challenge the stereotypes around a career in engineering.
SHEngineers is a virtual mentorship network for women in engineering, which seeks to connect experienced female engineers with young female engineering professionals and engineering students.
